For a graphic designer, having a portfolio is essential. It is excellent to have both an online portfolio and a dense copy that can be taken to meetings and interviews. Simply putting this type of portfolio together is a skill and a excellent path to demonstrate unique and creative abilities to potential employers. Although designers often debate on what path is best to do this, the truth is, there is no fair path of doing it. Different employers and clients expect different things and the best body to do is design the portfolio that best reflects the familiarity and skill locate of the designer.
