Motivating employees is a strategy which requires extended-term plotting to affect the common employment surroundings, and implementation must be continuous. What is incredible is that, although common managers are fully aware of all the losses and costs resulting from lack of motivation, plenty of them are reluctant to invest age, employment and money to really generate an environment for motivation.
