Capture it from someone who’s learned the dense path… less is usually MORE when it comes to building muscle. For the at the end four years of my lifetime, I’ve spent hour after hour, day after day, and month after month in the gym. I’ve spent hours of my lifetime sitting in front of a machine researching fresh routines, fresh diets, fresh supplements. I was willing to do whatever it took to place on solid muscle. This article is meant to shed a small blaze into the subject, it’s mostly going to be geared towards novice lifters, however I’m certain human beings of all levels can capture something away.
