The other day, I was at Starbucks, and I heard a familiar tale. I was talking to a retired couple who had a couple extra rooms at their house, and they were kicking outside their renter since one of their kids had lost his job, and had been foreclosed on, and his family was coming to live with them. Many kids who it went off to college immediately have their degree, along with student loan debt, however they cannot find a job.
